Welcome to Dosevana. By accessing or using our website, services, or affiliated portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Overview
Dosevana, a product of ThriveWell RX, provides medically supervised wellness programs including weight management and men’s/women’s health solutions through our licensed provider and pharmacy network.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may only access services under the direct supervision of a legal guardian and healthcare provider.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Dosevana does not offer direct medical advice. All treatments are provided by independent licensed practitioners via our partner platform, DocMediLink. We facilitate the connection and fulfillment process only.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information for proper evaluation and treatment. Misrepresentation of medical history may result in termination of service access.
5. Orders, Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Products are non-refundable once shipped unless otherwise stated due to damage or prescription error.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, and branding are owned by ThriveWell RX and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for adverse health outcomes or misuse of prescribed medications. Always consult your physician for personalized guidance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ThriveWell RX is registered.
9. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Dosevana, a service operated by Docmedilink LLC, sends essential SMS notifications to patients regarding their orders, shipping updates, prescription follow-ups, and telehealth visit reminders. These messages are strictly transactional and are sent only to users who have provided explicit consent.
How Users Opt In:Patients opt in to SMS notifications during the Dosevana intake and order workflow inside our secure application (app.dosevana.com). When entering their mobile phone number, users are shown a clear SMS consent disclosure and must acknowledge it before continuing. Because the intake system requires login, a public explanation of this process is available at https://dosevana.com/sms-optin.
Consent Text Displayed at Opt-In:
“By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Dosevana. These messages may include order updates, shipping status, prescription updates, and telehealth reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support.”
Opt-Out:Users may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replyingSTOP. Once processed, no further SMS notifications will be sent from Dosevana. Users may also reply HELP for customer support or contact us atsupport@dosevana.com.
Message Frequency & Fees:Message frequency varies depending on user activity, and standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy:We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
